AT KFC BOOT CAMP we use a mixture of Interval and circuit training together with yoga techniques, kickboxing and strength training to give an all over body workout. Increase your fitness levels, strength and endurance and kick stress goodbye! KSH: 500 per person, per session. Trainer: Lesley Sercombe ISSA. (international sports science association)
Weekend work outs ......HIIT is the best way to burn fat quickly and when you don't have time for a long work out ... change it up a gear and burn those fat Cells clinging to your hips stomach and legs !
