We are thrilled to announce the very first VMX Fitness Retreat, and we have chosen somewhere truly extraordinary to host it.

Nestled on the edge of the Indian Ocean, Temple Point is one of Kenya’s most breathtaking retreats and home to the legendary Gym & Tonic fitness facility. This is where you come to challenge yourself, reset completely, and connect with people who share your drive.

Linda our fitness manager and a coach Launelle will lead you through sessions designed to push your limits and elevate your performance but this retreat is about more than training. Expect moments of pure rest, ocean air, and the kind of conversations that only happen when you step away from the everyday.

Think: optional daily workouts, sundowners by the sea, and four days that will stay with you long after you return.

To secure your spot, we ask for an Expression of Interest and a deposit of 5,000 KES. Due to the high demand we anticipate and our agreement with Temple Point, we need to confirm numbers within 7 days. We also want to keep costs to a minimum by booking flights early.
