The DCI has arrested a TikToker Roy Otieno Odhiambo after he claimed on TikTok that he had been paid KSh 3.5 million to k!ll Embakasi East MP Babu Owino.

According to detectives, Roy published false information in a viral video posted on October 20, 2025, where he alleged that he had been paid KSh 3.5 million to assassinate a prominent individual.

Following investigations, the suspect was traced and arrested at his hideout in Malindi. He has been processed and is awaiting arraignment.🙌
