Farewell Message from Charleston Okech

For the past four years, this place has been my home. I came in as a very little boy, and I am leaving as a man, enriched with vast experience in both school life and beyond. I will forever be indebted to Solidarity Boys for giving me a platform to showcase my talent.

My sincere gratitude goes to the technical bench, and especially to the Senior Principal Simon Masibo, for allowing us to thrive both in the classroom and on the field.

To my schoolmates and classmates, thank you for your unwavering support. To the Solidarity fans, you are our greatest motivators you will forever remain in my heart.

As I prepare to sit for my final examinations, I wish myself, my fellow candidates, and the entire school fraternity great success.

END OF TERM 3 MESSAGE

As we officially close the third and final term of the year today, we first and foremost thank the Almighty God for His grace, protection, and provision throughout this year.

It has been a year of immense victories and great milestones, and we say ASANTE SANA to everyone who made it possible our teachers, non-teaching staff, parents, BOM, and our wonderful boys.

Just to mention a few:

Hockey brought back the National Trophy for the first time in 3 years and the FEASSSA trophy for the first time in 7 years. A historic achievement!

Football fought its way back to the Regional Championship after two difficult years...Zero did that thing.

Music and Dance crew made us proud by reaching the National stages.

We indeed had a great year, and by God's grace, we shall do even better next year.

As we release the boys for this long holiday, we urge them to be very vigilant. Your safety and discipline during this holiday is the most important thing. Take good care of yourselves, remember you are a student of this great school at all times, and avoid unnecessary problems and bad company while at home.

We remain with our Form 4 candidates who will be starting their KCSE examinations in a few days. We wish them, and ourselves as a school, the very best. May God grant them wisdom, good health, and success.

To all our parents, students and stakeholders, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2026.

May you have a peaceful and restful holiday.

A DREAM DEFERRED, BUT NOT DENIED - THE STORY OF FRANK MAINA "OMENA

Francis Maina, popularly known as OMENA, always dreamt of joining St. Anthony's Boys Kitale. When he finished primary school, that dream did not come true immediately.

But when finally the moment came In 2024, he was grabbed on his way to Solidarity boys by Mbogi Murokoto.He was received well just to show us that indeed they can do whatever they wish to any student,But things did not go as expected. Upon arriving he was frozen out for a whole year - kept in the cold, unable to showcase his talent and learn at the same time.

Because of his tiny body, he was despised and denied the chance to do what he loved most.

He did not give up. He convinced his father to take him to his original dream school - St. Anthony's Boys Kitale, The Solidarity Boys.

When OMENA joined us, he found a home.

He was finally given an opportunity, and he played with his heart. It was his assist that sent us back to the Regional Championship at Transcend Stadium, where Trevor Nasasiro converted his assist and confirmed that indeed, OMENA had come to avenge the wasted year.

Today, as he prepares to sit for his KCSE exams, OMENA sends his farewell message to the entire St. Anthony's family:

"The expectation was different. The people here are loving. The Principal is so amazing, the technical bench is the best, the students and everyone around, including the supporters, give you hope never to give up. Thank you for believing in me and showing me love I had never experienced before. I will forever be grateful to St. Anthony's Boys Kitale. As I sit for my KCSE exams, I wish myself and the school success."

We celebrate you, OMENA. The tiny boy with a big heart. You came, you conquered, and you left your mark.

Earlier we held a powerful Prayer Day for the 2026 Candidate Class - THE PROORIZO PHOENIX - Destined Rise to Excellence - 10.5+

The day was graced by the Chairman of the Alumni Association of SABHS, Mr. Anthony Akoto N L Anthony and Deputy director Tsc Trans nzoia county, who delivered a moving motivational charge to the candidates.

In his address, Mr. Akoto encouraged the boys to believe in their calling to greatness, reminding them that they are predestined for excellence- Romans 8:29.

"You are The Proorizo Phoenix. You were not meant to remain in ashes. You are destined to rise. We as alumni are challenging you to go for 100% transition to University. Nothing less than your best is acceptable. The whole St. Anthony's family is behind you."

He urged the candidates to remain focused, disciplined, and prayerful as they prepare to make history with a mean of 10.5 and above.

The candidates, holding their success cards and examination tools, responded with renewed energy and commitment to lift the school's flag higher.

We wish the Class of 2026 - The Proorizo Phoenix success in their final journey. Rise and shine!
