Work without play made Jack a verry dull boy..
the GDS family took a break from the swimming pool to have a retreat at the beach side.
We had a swim in the ocean and ofcourse alot of snacks and food.
asante to our parents and swimmers who adhered to the safety protocols while at the Marine beach. and by the way...we left no rubbish at our spot ..we cleared all wrappings and dumped them in the designated dust bins.

National juniors 2026....our focus now set on gold in the next national gala.

Equator crossing....Nanyuki

The weather in Nanyuki was unforgiving but our swimmers pushed to the verry end.
It was a gala of its own kind with the high altitude and the low temperature raging on every of the over 600 swimmer in the pool.

We had alot of fun -managed to visit the equator crossing in Nanyuki.
We look forward to more of these.

..and ofcourse we didnt come back empty handed....4 silver medals it is
