Throwback...
Let's talk about mitunguu queens one more and probably the last time
There were these great gentlemen i never talked about or anyone ever did...
John Njagi and Kelvin Silali these two guys worked simultaneously behind the scenes for the best of the team.. john was my right assistant and he really did great.. sober conscious and calm always.. a Wonderful scout and a patient man..
Silali spent most of the time with the bigger number of the players in the team... Training the girls diligently and kept all the records throughout the week... Team selection was easy for me.. i trusted them fully and they never disappointed... Om matters tactics and leadership i always deliver..
Tm alex played the role of the tm. Wonderfully
But fate outdid us all...
I am glad the girls found a new home at limbine and they are well
Coach silali left Meru county but left parmanent marks..
One fact there is: 80% of my players be lads or girls are on the pitch and doing well even though not under me π
Meanwhile mitunguu queens will only remain a fairy tale.. maybe one day.. one native will rise with passion and revive the great club
What can you recall about the club that impressed you?

Not all support involves money.
Sometimes the greatest support is believing in someone when they are still becoming who they dream to be,.... encouraging them, standing by them, and reminding them not to give up when the world doubts them.
Nkubu Veterans FC has always believed me and supported me... Last sunday 10|5|2026 we shared the pitch against kirinyaga legends..
Its an honor to share the pitch with you legends of the game

This picture is circulating all over online attracting mockery and others making fun of it and clout chasing..
But what they don't understand is;
During intense physical activity, the human body produces massive heat. Footballers can lose more than 1β2 litres of fluid through sweat in a single match. Areas covered by tight sportswear trap heat, sweat, and friction, especially around the groin and upper thigh region. Pouring cold water there helps lower skin temperature quickly and reduce discomfort.
For female athletes, the situation can be even tougher during menstruation. Research shows that hormonal changes during periods may cause cramps, fatigue, overheating, irritation, and increased sensitivity during exercise. Some players therefore use water for temporary cooling, comfort, hygiene, and relief while continuing to compete at high intensity.
What many people call βweirdβ is actually an athlete managing her body under extreme physical demand.
Instead of mocking women in sports, learn to respect the sacrifices they make to stay on the pitch and perform for their teams.

Shinners fc was the team that introduced me into men's football back then in regional league
I am not sure... But rumours suggest that the club has collapsed... I am not happy at all

I met this amazing baller in Meru police....
Newton Muthomi {mali ya taifa }
A young talented center back {18 yo}.. he's the most disciplined player in the squad... He always arrives before scheduled time and does something constructive.. he's consistent, very cooperative and doesn't complain at all..
He's good under instructions, committed and gives his all for the team..
He always has less mistakes in critical areas..
He's simply a player every coach would love to work with π
The truth is an offence,, but not a sin π―
