4. Eggs are very effective in weight management. Since Eggs are high in protein, unsaturated fat, and low in calories they help you avoid eating empty calories during the day

5. Healthy fats from eggs are great for your heart. If you are told that eggs are bad for your heart ,don't listen to that lie.

6. Eggs are good for your brain health because eggs are extremely rich in choline.Choline is a crucial nutrient for brain health, specifically memory and cognitive functioning.
