You cannot demand high performance from people who are operating in low-trust environments.
Culture is not a soft concept. It is a performance driver.
So before asking why results are not improving, ask:
What kind of environment are we expecting these results from?
Because people don’t leave jobs on a whim, they leave toxic cultures and work spaces that make it hard to fit in and thrive.
