This year, moving my body will be for long term.. not short short goals.. am looking at the many years God gives me , as a train spiritually , I'll also train physically.. or how will this temple be able to be used by God!

So I'll patiently work on me.. I'll do it with grace..I'll do it joyfully.. I'll do it not by my strength but God's strength.
