🏟️ Gusii Stadium

FT: Shabana FC 0-0 Gor Mahia

Sometimes football is war without goals.

Gusii Stadium was loud, hostile, and emotional from the first whistle. Every touch by Gor Mahia players was booed. Every tackle was celebrated like a goal.

Shabana wanted to protect home.
Gor Mahia wanted to protect the summit.

And for 90 minutes, both sides refused to break.

K’Ogalo pushed forward searching for the breakthrough, but the chances would not fall kindly. The pressure was there. The movement was there. But the final touch kept missing.

Meanwhile, Shabana defended like their lives depended on it.

0-0.

Not the result Gor Mahia fans wanted… but also not a collapse.

This was one of those difficult away grounds where surviving matters just as much as winning. The league leaders had to fight for every inch inside a boiling Gusii Stadium.

The frustration was visible.
The tension was real.
But the journey continued.

Because championships are not won only through beautiful victories.

Sometimes they are protected through ugly battles.

One point collected.
One more step closer to coronation. 👑💚

06/06/2026

THE ROAD TO CORONATION WAS NOT EASY…
They laughed when Gor Mahia stumbled.
They celebrated every draw like a trophy.
They said K’Ogalo was finished.

But champions are not built in comfort.
Champions are built in pressure, criticism, injuries, empty promises, and nights when only loyal fans still believed.

Through every battle…
through every away trip…
through every insult from rivals…
Gor Mahia kept marching.

Now the crown returns where it belongs. 👑💚

FKF PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS.
K’Ogalo Nyamridhi.

The road was hard.
The coronation is deserved.

FT: Nairobi United 1-1 Gor Mahia
⚽ Ebenezer Adukwaw

Dandora was boiling.

The league leaders arrived knowing every opponent now wanted a piece of them. Gor Mahia were no longer chasing attention — they had become the target.

And Nairobi United came ready for war.

The atmosphere was hostile from the first whistle. Tight tackles. Heated moments. Noise everywhere. Every touch from K’Ogalo players was met with pressure from the stands.

But once again, Ebenezer Adukwaw stepped up for Gor Mahia. 💚

A goal that settled nerves.
A goal that reminded everyone why K’Ogalo were sitting at the summit of Kenyan football.

Yet football was no longer the main story.

Suddenly, chaos exploded inside Dandora Stadium.

Fights in the stands.
Objects thrown onto the pitch.
Fear.
Confusion.

Players stopped playing as security tried to restore order. The match could not continue.

Abandoned. 💔

For supporters, it was another painful interruption in a season already full of emotional twists. Gor Mahia wanted football. Instead, the night ended in tension and uncertainty.

Later, the Football Kenya Federation ruled the fixture complete with the 1-1 scoreline standing — a decision later upheld by the High Court.

The point remained.
The leaders stayed on top.
But the scars of Dandora remained heavy.

Because sometimes the journey to coronation is not stopped by football…

Sometimes it is stopped by chaos.
