Kenya Secondary School Soccer: Goal Fest Erupts Across Kenya!

The Milimani Zone finals turned into a demolition show. St Anthony’s Boys Kitale came out swinging and tore through Manor House 8-0, booking their ticket to the Kiminini Sub-County Championship in style. No mercy, all power.

Over in Kakamega Central, Kakamega School made it look easy. A ruthless 9-0 thrashing of Esokone sent a warning shot to everyone left in the draw.

Family rivalry? In the Oyugis Zone, Agoro Sare Mixed stopped Agoro Sare in the semis. One side moves on, the other heads home, however alleged fans invaded the pitch before the final whistle when Agoro mixed were leading 2-1.

Wiyeta Girls were untouchable in Kipsaina, dropping a stunning 10-0 on Kesogon Girls. Pure dominance from start to whistle.

Kamukuywa Zone gave us the gritty one. Chesamis and Wamalwa Kijana locked horns and neither blinked 0-0, a defensive masterclass.

And in Butere, Butere Girls put on a clinic with an 8-0 demolition of Munyanda Girls. Attacking football at its finest.

Arsenal finished the 2025/26 Premier League season without receiving a red card. Over 37 matches, they remained disciplined enough to avoid any dismissals, even during play when VAR reviews did not lead to sending off.

They also did not concede a single penalty throughout the season. While Arsenal were awarded 4 penalties, none were against them in league matches. The combination of zero red cards and zero penalties conceded is unusual, making it a notable record.

With the final match against Crystal Palace scheduled for 24 May, Arsenal can complete a full 38-game campaign with both records still standing. If they do, it will be the first time in the Premier League era that a team has gone through an entire season without conceding a penalty or having a player sent off.
