Happy Madaraka Day! 🇰🇪
Today we celebrate the freedom to dream bigger, do better and keep moving forward✨
Motherhood changes so much, your body, your routine, your priorities and sometimes even how you see yourself.
It’s very important to take it one day at a time✨
The journey back to movement isn’t always easy, but every workout, every small win and every effort to keep going counts.
As we close out this month, we want to celebrate all the moms who keep moving, even on the days when it feels hard.
We see you, we appreciate you and we’re cheering you on every step of the way🫶🏼
Keep moving❤️
Nine months into motherhood, Njeri is still figuring it all out, the emotions, the changes and the journey of getting back to herself.
What started her fitness journey again wasn’t just about appearance, but about the simple pain of everyday movement and the desire to feel strong in her own body again.
Coming back isn’t linear. Sometimes its slow, frustrating, and a whole lot of mental adjustment but showing up is what matters the most.
For her, strength is being able to lift her baby with less pain, climb stairs without struggle and have the energy to keep up with him.
And on the hard days, she still shows up anyway.
If you’re a new mom navigating your own comeback, this is your reminder just show up, however you can. We’re here with you at SmashFit Gym.
