GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASSES
At BodyEQ studio we offer small Group Equipment classes, Private sessions and Group Mat classes. Our aim for many of our Private clients is to get them into group classes as this will challenge those who have worked hard to get their body to a point where they can now progress and challenge their pace as they deepen their connection to their body.
Group classes are also a great way to meet others and have good laughs when you get the shakes or when you thought something looked so simple but yet so powerful. The energy in our group sessions are always awesome and we absolutely love it. Join us and feel the energy too!

CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Beej and Katerina!!! At BodyEQ Studio we are SO very proud of these two who took becoming CERTIFIED so seriously and understood the meaning of hard work to make sure that their clients were safe and in good hands. They have shown that determination and consistency does pay off.
Becoming a certified BASI teacher is more than being “trained” it’s truly caring about the quality of your work and the true understanding of the Pilates method and how to tailor it to each individual. We care about Integrity and knowing that someone has trusted us with helping them move better and without pain is one we take very seriously.

REHABILITATION…
Two years ago, this awesome and determined client, consistently came 2x a week for rehabbing lumbar spine disc issues and a very unstable pelvis. In a matter of weeks she felt stronger and moving with more pelvic/lumbar stability. Currently she is moving on to more advanced repertoire and with confidence. This is why we do what we do…
