Unleash Abundant Life is a coaching program that seeks to engineer the right mindset and art to unleash the life within, by helping people struggling with life experiences to identify what exactly are their challenges, design strategies to overcome these challenges, and start to experience a fulfilled existence in their lives physical, emotional, mental, occupational, and spiritual segments.

I specialize in Mental Health Coaching and work with career women in their middle adulthood, who are struggling to cope with multiple life stressors while trying to balance their work and personal lives. These women face multiple challenges such as work overload, family commitments & responsibilities, burnout, and unmet personal goals and aspirations. Due to a lack of set boundaries and clarity on their priorities, they lack personal time and start feeling frustrated with their daily routines which affect their work, family, and social life negatively, leading to building up stress and anxiety. By working with me, they go through a personal awareness process and identify what exactly are their challenges and are able to design new strategies to overcome these stressors, achieve a focused mindset, establish boundaries and start living a fulfilled existence in their physical, emotional, mental, occupational, social and spiritual segments of life.
