Tough weekend for outdoor lovers. This Sunday I got forced 'Baptism'. I was under the weather literally. But week 15of52 ended well.

Rest and recovery is just as important as the training itself. Make sure it's part of your training routine. Rest allows your body to rebuild and re-energize. Training without rest will always backfire and lead to burnout and injuries. I wish you all a great weekend. Week 15of52 is done.
