Are you in the habit of constantly evaluating your progress according to what the scale says? I’m sorry to break it to you but you’re looking in the wrong direction!

Instead of checking the scale every minute to seek validation of progress, try shifting your focus on the real scale of progress.
“THE NON-SCALE VICTORIES”

Your non-scale victories are health improvements that result from small life changes like working out, eating clean, reading books etc.
To create a truer picture of your progress, you must recognize the many improvements you're experiencing day to day.

These improvements include;
- Your clothes fitting better than they used to
- Having more energy & being able to do more things that you love e.g play with your kids or pets, working in your garden etc
- Your sleep has improved
- Your skin looks better
- Your mind is sharper
- You've lost inches
- You feel fitter & stronger
- Your coping mechanism is healthier
- Your mood is improved
- Your plate is a thing of beauty
- You're in less pain

These improvements may go unnoticed if you're focused on the scale as a measure of your success.

When you notice and celebrate your many non-scale victories, you're more likely to stay motivated in a long term journey to a healthier life.

So, look around and notice the inner and outer changes you've made or achieved and appreciate the effort you've invested in becoming healthier and KEEP MOVING!

Busy professionals - doctors, lawyers, business owners who wants to lose belly fat and increase their energy levels.

If you really want to lose belly fat and be in the best shape of your life physically and mentally this year you still have time.

Most struggles around belly fat is due to lack of physical activity and undereating (eating 1-2 meals a day) which will is really bad for an adult like you.

On my coaching program, I teach and guide my clients on how to eat more (see the last slide), fix their metabolism and start losing fat off a higher amount of calories which is the most sustainable way to lose fat and maintain forever.

If you set a goal to lose inches this week, put in the effort & make it happen.

If you don’t feel motivated, SHOW UP and do it anyway.

If you want to lose belly fat and feel confident in your favourite clothes again.
It’s not going to magically happen.
