We strongly refute the misleading narrative being circulated regarding the unfortunate events that led to the abandonment of our match.

As Escalators FC, we prioritize discipline, sportsmanship, and the safety of everyone present—players, officials, and fans alike. It is therefore disappointing to see baseless accusations directed at our supporters without a fair and objective account of what truly transpired.

From our observation, the situation escalated following unnecessary provocation and disorderly conduct initiated from the visiting end, which created tension and ultimately disrupted the match environment. Our stewards and officials made efforts to restore calm, but the situation had already been compromised.

Escalators FC does not condone any form of violence, and we equally call for a **thorough and impartial investigation** by the relevant authorities to establish the facts rather than rely on one-sided claims.

We urge all stakeholders—clubs, fans, and organizers—to uphold the true spirit of football: respect, unity, and fair competition.
