Smooth face challenge: day - 4
Consistency is the secrete behind any success.
We target 4 times a week, for 3 weeks.
You can choose any days if the week. I have chooses Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Don't mix acidic fruits (like orange, lemon, apple, water melon etc), with sweet fruits (like banana, mango etc). You're causing digestion problems to your gut, and it might react seriously.
Don't eat or blend these combinations together

DAY 2 - Smooth face challenge.
Marshed Avogado. Apply for 10 to 15 minuites and wash off with warm water.
3 weeks challenge, at least 4 times a week

Join me in a 3 weeks challenge to smoothen the skin of the face and neck βοΈβΊοΈ
After your early morning bath, Take a little portion of Avogado pear π, use your fork spoon π΄ to blend it and rub on your face and neck. After 15 minuites, wash it off with warm water and clean your face with a very clean towel (you can get a good small face towel for this) then rub very little of baby oil or your normal cream. We do this every morning for the next 3 weeks. If you skip any morning, make sure you do it the next one
In the afternoon, make sure you eat fruits (orange, watermelon, avogado, cucumber, carrot. Any fruit at all).
You can do a fruit juice too.
This goes with operation "drink more water" everyday. If you have to measure 3 litres of water to finish it everyday, do it.
