Ngara Sports Club Triumphs Over Kanbis Sports Club! 🏆
What an incredible match today! Ngara Sports Club has done the unthinkable by defeating the unbeaten table-toppers, Kanbis Sports Club, in a thrilling encounter. This victory is even sweeter as it marks Kanbis’ first loss of the season! 🎉
🌟 Hero of the Day: Yash Patel was absolutely sensational with the ball. His spell of 10 overs, conceding just 40 runs and taking 6 crucial wickets, was nothing short of magical. Yash’s bowling was pivotal in breaking the backbone of Kanbis’ middle order, preventing them from scoring freely and setting the stage for our victory. 🔥
👏 Batting Stars: The chase was masterfully anchored by our captain, Rajiv Sutaria, who played a captain’s knock of 84 runs off 104 balls. His calm and composed innings laid the foundation for our chase. Shivam Dewadi was equally impressive, scoring a quickfire 79 off 81 balls, ensuring the momentum stayed with us. Nikul Patel also played a crucial supporting role with a valuable 37 runs, adding depth to our batting lineup. 💪
Together, these performances crafted a memorable win that will be remembered for a long time. The entire team showed immense character and determination to pull off this victory. 🏏💥

Before the start of our Division 1 50-over league game against the Stray Lions B team, we had a minute of silence in memory of the Late HASMUKHBHAI KANJIBHAI PATEL (HASU). We have lost a wonderful soul who not only helped the fellow citizens of this country but had a positive influence in many livelihoods, especially for the people of Mombasa. We pray for his soul to rest in peace.

HARD WORK PAYS!!
This is just a great example of what you can achieve if you put in the hard yards. Yesterday wasn't just a memorable day in the history of Ngara Sports Club, but it was also a milestone for the whole group of players who have been working tirelessly since the beginning of the season. 7 WINS IN A ROW, is a big achievement for all the hardworking players of this wonderful club.
One such stand out perfomance was from our very own parthpatel who scored a breathtaking 114* of 113 balls including 11 boundaries. It was a beautifully paced innings and every ball was a delight to watch.
Supporting his efforts with the ball were two brilliant bowlers who spun their web around the Kanbis Batsmen,
Dhyey and yash, who had 7 wickets between.
All in all it was a fantastic all round perfomance from the whole set of players and from here the sky is the limit. As they say, "A good coach can change a game, but a great coach can change a life," we would like to give special recognition to our coach Martin Suji , who works relentlessly with all of our players week in and week out to bring out the best in each of us. Therefore, we would want to thank him for his assistance.
