Following the recent 2 day riots of students of The university of Nairobi, its senate jas had an urgent teleconferenced meeting to decide on its fate. The university has been closed indefinitely in a notice delivered in all student emails and university website.

it is disturbing, utterly unmindful, unconstitutional and an insult that students should be the main victims of the looming UoN staff strike. I write this to notify us that no student exam should be jeopardized by the noisemakers nor any student made to leave the LIBRARY or lecture hall. If any noisemaker violates this, we shall go against them and whip them out of student zones to go make their noise at Magoha's office.
