The goal has always been visible ABS, but food is just something that I enjoy eating every single minute..so how did I achieve getting ABS and maintaining them?

I used a concept I call (Volumetrics). Meaning being able to eat plenty of food...but prioritizing low cal. foods high in fibre and are dense to keep me fuller for longer.
That's it!!

Bulking is the act of eating slightly more food than your body needs to maintain, and it is geared towards adding more muscle mass..which comes with some fat gain as well.

I'll be taking these week off to recover and prepare for the next phase, which will be the fat loss phase. So this will ideally be my deload week.

I'm 3 weeks out from my lean bulk 💪

Been enjoying😋:
Breakfast - 4 slices of white bread and peanut butter
Lunch - White rice, beans & veggies
Dinner - Chapati & green grams or beans
Snack - Oat bars, yogurt, chevda,

Managed💪:
- A 12sec. hold tuck Planche
- A 12sec. hold l-sit from the ground
- 10 Planche lean push ups

Grateful🙏:
For the overwhelming amount of blessings that I've been receiving daily.
For all the obstacles and challenges that came my way and I was able to overcome and conquer.

I hope this motivates you today to keep working on you and never give up.

Steps i'd take If i was starting over again from 25% body fat to 15%

1. Eat 500 calories less from my current food intake
2. Aim for 10k steps a day🚶‍♀️‍➡️
3. Strength train 💪
4. Prioritize Protein and Veggies in my meals
5. Sleep 7+hours
6. Track my food, weight and workouts week to week

If this is you right now, follow this steps and start of the year with a different you💪🫡

What happens when you eat bread everyday?

Well, it all depends on your current goals..apart from that, your calorie intake.

If you eat bread on a gaining phase and you're still within your calorie intake, then its all good..keep at it.

The problem comes in when your goal is to burn fat and you include bread in your diet even while still maintaining your fat loss calories.

Bread is always considered a calorie dense food, meaning it's low in nutrients, high in energy.. and useless to the body. 1hour after consuming it, you'll be hungry again and it will force you to look for more food.

Stick to nutrient dense foods that will keep you fuller for longer, if you're in a Fat Loss Phase.

There are 3 rules that I go by anytime I begin a Fat Loss Phase.

1. Committing to the diet
2. Getting the results I planned on attaining 💪
3. Maintaining the results for a long time or till the next phase.

The last rule is where most people struggle with, because they never really take time off to heal the body from the diet it just underwent...and this is why most of the time you'll see the same people starting over a challenge every other day.

If you're reading this and saying this sounds like me🫵, just know you're not alone.

And If you want to develop new habits that guarantee you results💯, then that's what I offer.

Does PROTEIN matter during a Fat Loss Diet?🤷‍♀️

When starting a Fat Loss Journey, we always have an image of how we would like to look at the end of the process.
Some of us achieve the look, while the majority of us never really come close to achieving it. Most of the time the reason is normally due to having more fat to lose or not eating the right foods to fuel your body during training.

Not only Protein, but Carbs and Fats too contribute to a healthy diet that the body needs during this Fat Loss process.

So yes, Protein is Important since it helps you to retain your muscle mass during Fat Loss (and look like J Lo 😉)...and Carbs help supply the energy that you need through out the day, especially since we are eating less food. And let's not forget those healthy fats that allow us to keep our hormones in check.

Trust me, you do not want to be next to a woman who's hormones are all over the place🙆‍♀️. She'll generously share her confused feelings with you🤦‍♀️
