Spent the eveing with the reigning Kabeberi champions, the Mwamba ladies as they did some polishing before this Weekend's games.

As the reigning overall circuit champions and the hosts of Kabeberi 7s...Mwamba ladies are more that confident that the trophy stays home.

Starting off in the first pool, they will be facing Pioneer ladie, NYS and Nothern Surbubs.

With Just a few days to the First leg of the Sportpesa 7s circuit in Nakuru ; Prinsloo 7s..the Northern Surbubs Ladies have been putting in the work and are ready to bring a win home.
Make sure to catch them in Nakuru this weekend as they clash with Kenya harlequins, Kiambaa and Pioneer Ladies in the pool stages.

Yesterday we got a chance to train with the QUINS QUEENS as they ready themselves for the Sportpesa National Circuit that is starting in just two weeks.

This year the Queens are determined to not only give their best but also bring the championship home.

This Sartuday they will also be curtain raising at the RUff n Tuff games happening at Ngong Racecourse against their toughest rivals Mwamba RFC.

This could be a potential sneak peak into what we shall be seeing at the NSC games so make sure to catch them live!!
