DSB Day (Deadlit, Squats & Bench )

This is the longest workout of the week and my favorite.
I come in well fed and well hydrated with pink salt.
On this day I don’t want any destructions and therefore my headphones are a must.
This day requires prolonged focus and mental fortitude.
Main lifts are what you see, I didn’t shoot accessories.
