2022 is a year for the brave! We are here to help you keep fit and improve health.
Due to latest Government lockdown effective March 28, 2021... We open at 5AM and close by 7pm on all weekdays and Saturdays. We will continue to offer circuit training classes at 6AM -7AM and at 5:30PM to 6:30PM. 7PM - 8PM classes are now suspended until further notice.

Introducing our very affordable pay per use offer.. Ksh390 per session 🥇. We recognize the difficult times as a result of the pandemic and also the need to still keep fit and healthy 💪. So we are happy to give this reduced per session rate so that those wanting to access our facility without a long term membership can still do so🏋️
