We are excited to announce that we will be hosting participants of the Comrades Marathon 2026 at Ultimo Fitness and Spa on 6th June 2026 for a specialized strength training program and Meet and Greet session.
The Comrades Marathon is the world’s oldest and largest ultramarathon, covering approximately 90km and run annually between Durban and Pietermaritzburg in South Africa.
The 2026 race is scheduled to take place on 14th June, and this session is designed to help runners fine-tune their strength, enhance endurance, and prepare both physically and mentally for the challenge ahead.

*FORD FALLS*
Ford Falls is located in the castle forest part of Mt. Kenya in Kirinyaga county. The trails start at the main entrance of the castle lodge through a beautiful forest with breathtaking views.
The trail takes a brief, steep, narrow path to reconnect to the forest road, before finally taking another brief, steep descent into the river towards the majestic Ford Fall.
We then take the same path back to the starting point covering a total distance of 18km.
