β¨ COSMIC YOGA FLOW: INNER VOICE β¨
with Philippa Ndisi-Hermann
What are you saying to yourself as you move?
This session invites you to explore the power of mantra; the words, sounds, and inner language we use to communicate with ourselves and our bodies during practice.
Because the way we speak to ourselves on the mat shapes how we move through the world off it.
Drawing inspiration from planetary transits and the energies of the day, alongside a curated playlist spanning music from different times and places, Philippa will guide you through an introspective flow blending elements of Ashtanga, Yin, and Kundalini Yoga.
You will begin by drawing an oracle card, allowing its message to become your personal mantra throughout the practice.
β¨ A compassionate, grounded, and dynamic flow
β¨ Oracle cards as personal mantras for your practice
β¨ Rhythmic soundscapes to support deeper inner connection

πΆPAWS & POSES: PUPPY YOGA FOR A CAUSE WITH PAWMOJA & KANGA WELLBEINGπ§π½ββοΈ
Join us for our next Poses with Paws session on Saturday 2nd May, and be part of a community making a real difference for animal welfare in NairobiπΎ
π Saturday 2nd May

π Kanga Studio Nairobi
Our first Puppy Yoga session raised 88,000 shillings for Pawmoja, helping them respond to a critical situation in the community involving multiple dogs and cats.
With this support, Pawmoja was able to step in and bring some of the most vulnerable animals to safety, including a severely malnourished mother dog, her puppies, and young kittens, and begin urgent treatment and recovery.
Next, the focus will include spay, neuter, vaccination, and return for the adult animals, alongside continued support to the caregiver to help create a more stable, sustainable situation.
By joining our next session, you are helping make this work possible and supporting Pawmojaβs ongoing efforts to respond to more cases like this.
The pups joining are not from this case, but from similar situations in the past, and are now healthy, vaccinated, and ready for adoption.

Root to Rise: Yoga Nidra & Journaling
With Emma Coventry
π Tuesday 28th April
β° 5.30 β 7.00 pm
π Kanga Studio Nairobi
Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and journaling session designed to help you unwind, reflect, and reconnect.
Often called βyogic sleep,β Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that brings the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. In this restful state, the nervous system can settle, the body can restore, and the mind can soften.
During this session, youβll be guided into stillness, creating a sense of grounding, safety, and support within the body. From this calm foundation, we will move into a short journaling practice to reflect, plant intentions, and gently step into the month ahead with clarity and steadiness.
A quiet space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
