Turn farm and kitchen waste into free, powerful organic fertilizer.

1. COLLECT: vegetable scraps, dry leaves, grass clippings, crop residues, animal manure.
2. LAYER: alternate 'green' (fresh/wet) and 'brown' (dry) materials in 10cm layers

3. MOISTEN: keep the pile as damp and moist but never waterlogged.

4. TURN: mix thoroughly every 10–14 days to introduce oxygen and speed decomposition.

5. MONITOR: a properly working compost pile feels warm inside (around 55°C). use a stick to check.

6. HARVEST: ready in 6–8 weeks when it smells earthy, looks dark brown, and crumbles easily.

7. APPLY: use 2–4kg per planting hole or 3–5 tonnes per acre for maximum impact
