feeling happy. Today morning I walked into knh level 3 ward and a lady told me that she enjoyed slot our puppet show last week. She said that she watched the entire show from the beginning to end.

And just like that, we’re closing August with BIG smiles! 😁🌞

The Sarakasi Dome came alive as we welcomed the kids, the incredible Smiles for Change team and representatives from Kenyatta National Hospital for a fun day curated especially for them🧒🏽🎊✨. From the moment they arrived, it was smiles, laughter, music, movement and indescribable JOY!!🥳🥰

Happy? Overjoyed? Honestly, those words don’t quite capture it! What a beautiful way to wrap up the month and create memories that will keep us smiling long after August is gone. 🎭💛🎪

Thank you *Kenyatta National Hospital* and team for giving the children the opportunity to enjoy a day yesterday at the Sarakasi Dome. They had so much fun! Big thanks also to *Sarakasi Trust* and the talented artists who made this day so very special. We hope to see the children again in the near future.

We felt very priveleged to be invited to KNH 5th ANNUAL PATIENT CENTERED CONFERENCE. The theme this year was “Safe and Supported: Connecting Care Teams and Families.”
Many different people were present who are playing a role in different ways with patients and families.
In the afternoon we took part of a discussion on using the arts towards healing.
It was a very interesting day and we learned a lot.
Asante sana for appreciating our partnership since 2007 and our program of Smiles For Change.
We look forward to be part of future platforms and discussion how we can improve the challenging circumstances in healthcare.
