The Tale of Two Sisters

With every adventurous trip we take, we write a story book for our children about their experiences, their interactions, and their discoveries... sprinkling a tad bit imagination to keep alive their spirit of exploration.

This time, we published a book on their adventure to Samburu, where they encountered the special 5 animals of the land, jumped into a magical spring, and swam with fish found nowhere else on earth...

It is an exciting story blending facts with fiction to keep your children educated and mesmerized...

Artworks are from pictures taken on the trip. Most were clicked by the Girls!

Enjoy the read & support our conservation work to bring aquatic wildlife to the forefront of conservation.

Contact me directly for a copy & will deliver it to your doorstep. The online version is coming soon...

Thank you for the launch at St Christopher's School annual book week!

Holy Ghost!

Marbled Lung fish - Protopterus aethiopicus

Introduced to Lake Baringo "most probably by Fisheries or so we have heard." They have caused havoc with their voracious appetite, decimating local fish species!
On the bright side, they have become a staple diet and source of income....

Lungfish are one of the strongest freshwater fish with vicious teeth and a bite force that will 🔪cut out your attitude... leaving you without a middle finger!

Behold an ancient species that once swam with dinosaurs!

A big shout out to for recognizing my vision to unravel and appreciate life underwater!

They got together the illest crew, and we headed down to Baringo to explore the landscape, immerse ourselves in the culture, obviously catch fish, and listen to stories of life - surrounded by crocodiles!
