How to use olive oil:
Once cooked and served, add a teaspoon of olive oil to your meal. You could enhance the meal with a tablespoon of fermented vegetables eg. carrots, cabbage, etc
NB: I mostly use ghee to cook foods.

Constipated? ๐ฎโ๐จ
For a long time, I have struggled with episodes of constipation. If you have never been constipated, that thing can get uncomfortable. And painful! ๐
The last few months, I switched to extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), coconut and ghee as my only oils. I cook with ghee or coconut (alternate, not together, not for meals to be taken together). I prefer ghee more ๐
Once my food is ready, I serve then add a tablespoon of EVOO and a tablespoon or two of fermented foods (Cabbage or carrots or beets) then eat.
I tell you I have hardly experienced constipation since. It's reduced significantly. I hope this works for you too.
Ps: For effectiveness, kefir milk and fermented milk should not be taken the same day.
