Many rise to prominence because they have the โ€œ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜จ๐˜ฉ๐˜ตโ€ answers.

They become the steady hand in moments of uncertainty; ๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ, ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—น๐—ฒ, ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ.

Guided by faculty Claire Wanjiku and Seintje Veldhuis Executive Leadership Coach, the room reflected a clear shift from learning coaching to becoming coaches.
