Yee haw…. 🤠… How fun was this? Test riding on a game farm close to Nairobi …. A proper gallop down the airstrip - letting the horses go and just be a horse 🤩🤩🤩

Monday we had a full day of first aid training with pro trainer Moses Muchuki, Emergency Rescue Ltd.
All MALO staff undergo first aid training annually… we used to have Moses bi-annually, but most of “us” have now done the course 10 times plus, so a pretty savvy crowd 😉 … refreshers good though
And we also have massage training today.
