Our 10th CrossFit Open at CrossFit Kwetu and our first at and what an awesome event it was.
3 workouts over 3 weeks, 100+ athletes, judges, DJs, 100s of supporters, winners, learners and above it all fun, laughs and community…..oh and a little bit of fitness ❤️

KWETU - FLEX CYCLE IV
Summer Body Loading
12 weeks = out of shape to beach body!
*PRESS. PULL. SQUAT.*
In our final phase of 2023, we will be wrapping the year up with a classic mix of Pressing, Pulling, and Squatting.
The main goals will be time under tension and exposure to different loading patterns in these major movement functions. Expect to see (1) Press, (1) Pull, and (1) Squat weekly in the final three months. In our Bodybuilding during this phase, we will be bringing back some of our favorite pump sessions from 2021 and 2022 work while continuing to offer a full-body impact during all training weeks.
