hmm ... what is physical fitness who can say they are fit?
well in general fitness is relative to the activity you are doing ...you can say suitable.
So ask yourself do you think you are fit for any activity...
for sports there are various components to factor in ...
speed; stamina; reaction time among others and also sport dependant.
in general lifestyle there are factors that govern this such as: Flexibility(Range of motion of a joint); muscular strength (lifting the heavy stuff) ; muscle endurance(doing a task for long periods without undue fatigue);

IV. Flexibility
V. Body composition


For overall body wellness the above components should be considered with cardiovascular system being sort of the main component as most times when you are working on the system you will also improve on the other systems.

The above is for general health related fitness
For sports specific fitness another list is added to the same with more demands on the individual depending on the sport.
