The East Africa Youth Chess Championship was a success. Thanks to all who registered and helped make it a successful event.
We now kick start the preparations for the Online National League. One month to go!
Kenyan National Chess League to resume virtually
The league matches will be played after every two weeks.

This weeks was quite competitive. Bungoma & Black Knights Chess Clubs were leading for the better part of the tournament only for Titans & El Capitanho Sports Club to overtake them in the dying minutes of the tournament.

78 players with a rating average of 1835 took part in the previous edition.
*Notyetuhuru* emerged as the winner with a comfortable lead of 61 points, 20 points clear second place IrunguBrian. Both players had a 100% berserk rate!
Finishing 3rd was NACHA veteran player, Brian Mmata with 35 points.
