2. Resolving Conflict.

In this session, we used music and movement as tools for meditation and emotional expression. Participants tuned into their heartbeat, moved with the rhythm of conflict and resolution, and explored how physical gestures like hugs, handshakes, and shared laughter can symbolize healing.

Through movement and music, we expressed what words sometimes cannot.

Creativity is healing when shared in community and Meditation doesn’t always look like sitting still.

Grounding through Beads Meditation with reminded us of the power of intention. We chose colours that carried meaning and we created with presence. Each bead became a moment of clarity, a step toward what we want to manifest.

During Beads Meditation session, participants discovered the joy of making their own beads, from anklets, waist beads, bracelets, phone decorations to creating pieces for their dance performances to first-time designs full of love, beauty, and peace.

The takeaway? Girlhood. Teamwork. Happiness. Unity. Calm. Gratitude.

Share in the comments!!!
1. What colours would you choose to ground yourself?

2. Which of these takeaways speaks to you most? Why?

Expressive Art Therapy sessions with

1. Befriending the Body
In this session, participants explored aesthetic response through collaborative painting. When we learn to love and accept our bodies, we become more present, focused, and free.

Letting go of attachment to outcomes reduces stress and invites calm through movement, creativity, and deep
connection with the body.
