Sooooo… we did a thing!!! 🌊✨

Our very first YogaLink retreat with our Kariobangi community in Diani 💛

Four beautiful days of connection, growth, and transformation. We completed 25 hours of a mini teacher training, diving into self inquiry, meditation, asana, pranayama, group discousions and a touch of yoga anatomy. Beyond the practice, we explored Diani, shared stories, laughed deeply, and built connections that will last a lifetime.

This is just the beginning.

For the past two years, seven young women and mothers from the Kariobangi Yoga Group have been saving towards a dream, they each saved 5000 ksh to cater for their transport and we are very proud of them: They are committed to attend Part One of their Yoga Teacher Training(YTT) in Diani, Coastal Kenya

This July (10-13, 2026), they will take an important step on that journey through a four-day retreat focused on yoga, leadership, self-care, community, creativity, and healing.

Many of these women spend their days caring for others. This retreat offers them the opportunity to pause, restore, and develop skills they will bring back to benefit their families and communities.

Our goal is to raise KES 140,000 (~USD 1,200), with KES 19,000 (~USD 150) sponsoring one participant
