This three-day bootcamp is designed to sharpen skills, develop confidence, and align talent with real opportunities and sustainable development goals.

Participants will experience practical training, portfolio development, stage confidence building, and industry exposure in a structured and supportive environment. Accommodation is in tents, offering a unique outdoor learning experience that builds discipline, teamwork, and resilience.

Required items include changing clothes, a notebook, pen, torch, and sleeping bag.

The Bicfest Modeling Agency (BMA) Model Training and Development Program is a structured, transformative pathway designed to nurture, equip, and elevate aspiring models into confident, disciplined, and industry-ready professionals. This program goes beyond conventional modeling by integrating technical skills, personal branding, digital literacy, and social impact to prepare models for both local and international opportunities.
At BMA, we believe that modeling is not only about appearance, but about character, intelligence, and influence. Through a progressive training system from foundational skills to advanced professional development our models are empowered to build strong personal brands, uphold high ethical standards, and confidently represent themselves and the agency in diverse platforms.
A unique pillar of this program is its emphasis on leadership and community impact through Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), enabling models to become ambassadors of change while building meaningful and sustainable careers for UN SDG Action Campaign
