The Kanizsa Triangle is an illusion where your brain ‘sees’ a triangle that isn’t drawn anywhere. Your mind fills in the blanks automatically even though there's no real traingle there.
We do the same with people and situations. When we don’t have the whole story, we create one. Sometimes the triangle isn’t real, it’s just our brain trying to make sense of the gaps.
