🚨 UEFA has reportedly fined Atlético Madrid around €150,000 after their Champions League semi-final first leg against Arsenal at the Metropolitano, where home fans threw toilet paper onto the pitch before kick-off.

The incident was meant to build atmosphere, but UEFA ruled it a breach of regulations on throwing objects. It adds to a growing list of disciplinary cases in the competition.

The report also points out a bit of inconsistency in the UEFA details being circulated, with one line mentioning a smaller €15,000 charge, but the main sanction being reported as a six-figure fine.

Elsewhere, Arsenal themselves have had minor UEFA fines earlier in the campaign for fan behavior, but nothing on this scale.
