Rest assured, we’ve got all the horses you need to complete the course. These horses are well-trained, vaccinated (a Laikipia requirement for horse movement), thoroughly vetted by our excellent veterinarians, and transported to the horse changeover stations with ample food and time for rest.

APPLICATION & INTERVIEW PROCESS

Upon submitting your application, you will undergo a formal interview with one of our race organisers. During this interview, we evaluate applications based on various criteria, and you may be asked for additional information or evidence, such as riding photos or references. The interview is also a valuable opportunity for you to address any questions you may have.

ForRangers was a concept developed by Sam Taylor and Peter Newland, with a view to undertaking extreme endurance events to raise funds and awareness for Africa’s rangers - everyday heroes who put their lives on the line so that our wildlife can continue to exist.
