One of the most powerful lessons life teaches us is that health should never be taken for granted.
Cancer continues to affect millions of families across the world, yet many people are unaware that a significant number of cancers and other non-communicable diseases can be prevented through lifestyle choices.
Regular physical activity.
Healthy nutrition.
Consistent wellness habits.
I was deeply inspired on Saturday by CEO , a cancer survivor who has transformed her personal battle into a mission to save lives through the Needy Cancer Health Initiative.
Her initiative is creating awareness on cancer prevention while also mobilizing resources from well-wishers to support patients who cannot afford treatment.
Her courage is a reminder that purpose can be born from pain.
As someone passionate about fitness and preventive health, I strongly believe that exercise is not just about aesthetics — it is one of the most powerful tools we have to protect our health and reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases.
Let us support this noble initiative by following CEO page, spreading the message, and contributing where we can.
And if you have been thinking about starting your health and fitness journey, remember this: the best investment you can make is in your own health.

A tiny seed once lay trapped in hard, dry soil beside a busy path. Every day people passed it—some stepping over it, others never noticing it at all. To them, it looked small, weak, and unimportant.
But one day a traveler stopped. Seeing the cracked earth, he poured a little water from his bottle onto the soil. It wasn’t much—just a small act before he continued his journey.
Days passed. The seed sprouted. Weeks later it grew into a strong tree. Years later it gave shade to travelers, fruits to the hungry, and shelter to birds.
Many people praised the great tree, but few knew it once survived only because someone shared a little water.
The truth is simple: the seed was never meant to remain buried—it only lacked a little rain.
Sometimes people are like that seed. Circumstances bury them, not lack of potential. A small act of help can awaken a great future.
So if you see someone with a dream but lacking a little support, be the rain. And if you are the seed, never be afraid to ask for water.
Great trees often begin with small kindness. 🌳

UoN Law School tried to arbitrarily hike fees mid-semester—without explanation, without accountability.
As a class, we convened immediately, deliberated, and took a firm stand. We agreed to boycott the Thursday CAT and all subsequent classes—an irreducible minimum—until the fees were restored. We also prepared to take further action, including protests as from Monday, to demand accountability from both the school and the Ministry of Education.
We answered with unity. With defiance. With action.
And they backed down. Waoga!
I stood loud, unapologetic, and resolute—because rights are never given, they are taken by those bold enough to demand them.
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of injustice is for good people to do nothing.”
We did something.
And we will do it again.
We have shown that when people stand together, institutions listen.
“A people united shall never be defeated.”
Let this be clear: we will question, we will resist, and we will win.
We are the change.
We are not afraid. We are not silent.

Good morning team 💚
I’m honestly disappointed that we can’t proceed with today’s session due to the drizzling rain at Nairobi Arboretum. I was fully prepared and excited to train with you all.
However, your safety and comfort matter more than anything. Slippery ground and wet equipment would not allow us to deliver the high-quality experience you deserve.
We will reschedule very soon, and your payment remains valid for the next date.
Thank you for your understanding and continued trust. I truly appreciate your support and can’t wait to give you the full experience as planned.
