A Message to Bodybuilders
Let us Call It What It Is, No Excuses, No Shortcuts.
”Vi**ra is a medication, not a supplement. It should never be modified or used as a workout enhancer.”
If you are serious about your fitness journey, build your body with knowledge, consistency, and integrity, not shortcuts that could damage your health. “As a bodybuilder, You may look strong outside, but inside your body is fighting a dangerous war you cannot see.”
Some bodybuilders and athletes take Vi**ra before training because of its vasodilating properties. This can theoretically lead to:
• Increased blood flow to muscles during exercise.
• A better muscle pump (temporary swelling of muscles due to increased blood).
• Possible improvement in endurance and performance, especially at high altitudes or in cardiovascular demanding exercises.
🚫 This is why it is not proper
1. Vi**ra Is Not Designed for Fitness
Vi**ra (sildenafil) is a prescription drug created specifically to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension, not to improve workout performance or build muscle.
2. Off Label Use Is Risky
Using Vi**ra outside its intended purpose, especially without medical supervision, is considered off label use and comes with serious health risks, including:
• Dangerous drops in blood pressure
• Irregular heartbeat
• Headaches and vision disturbances
• Interactions with other medications or supplements
• Strain on the heart during intense workouts
3. Temporary Effects not Long Term Gains

In today’s world of instant results, it is easy to feel pressured into shortcuts, like weight loss injections, when fitness goals seem slow or out of reach. But let us pause and reflect.
A hen takes 21 days to hatch her eggs. A child takes 9 months to be born. A year takes 365 days to complete. Even a seed must be buried before it breaks the ground and blossoms.
True transformation requires time, effort, and patience. No injection or shortcut can replace the deep, lasting benefits of consistent exercise, a balanced lifestyle, and self acceptance.
Do not let trends or peer pressure rush your journey. What you earn through effort will always bring more satisfaction than what you simply buy or microwave.
Choose the sustainable path. Choose self love. Choose the long game.

Personal Executive Rule for Fitness Professionals
As a fitness professional, especially in the role of a personal trainer, it is important to maintain clear boundaries and uphold the integrity of our profession.
You should never train with your client. If a client insists on training together, kindly respond with,
“I appreciate the gesture, but my role and professional standards does not allow me to train alongside clients. My focus is entirely on guiding and supporting you through your session.”
Your client is not your workout partner, they are paying for your expertise, attention, and guidance, not companionship during workouts. If they say it is for motivation, remind them gently that true motivation comes from within, and your job is to help them discover that inner drive.
Additionally, if you are employed as a gym floor instructor, never train while on duty, even if the gym appears empty. It is a matter of professional ethics and setting the right example.
Not everyone may agree, but professionalism often means doing what is right, not what is popular.

To all female personal trainers, own your space, but go deeper.
Not long ago, I had a constructive conversation with a few female personal trainers. One thing I truly admire is how many of them have stepped into this once male dominated industry with confidence and purpose. It is encouraging to see more women leading from the front in fitness.
However, one observation stood out, many tend to focus heavily on training one area, primarily the glutes, when working with female clients. While glute training is important, neglecting other muscle groups can lead to imbalances, poor posture, and limited functional strength.
As a female personal trainer aiming to thrive and stand out, you must go beyond trends. Educate your clients on the importance of balanced, full body training. Prioritize proper form and technique, especially on fundamental movements like squats, lunges, and deadlifts. These are key to both safety and long term progress.
To be truly exceptional, invest time in learning the science, biomechanics, exercise physiology, and kinesiology. Don’t just copy workouts from Instagram and apply them blindly. Understand your clients needs and train them with purpose.
The industry needs more female trainers who lead with knowledge, integrity, and results.
