តាងនាមសហព័ន្ធ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ជិះកង់ដើម្បីកុមារកម្ពុជាលើកទី៣ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខ្ញុំបាទសូមគោរពថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់បណ្តាក្លិប សមាគម រាជធានី ខេត្ត និងក្រុមកង់ស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ដែលបានចុះឈ្មោះចូលរួម ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ខាងលើជាមួយសហព័ន្ធ និងបានផ្តល់ថវិកាសម្រាប់ការរៀបចំក៍ដូចជាថវិកាសម្រាប់បរិច្ចាគជួនដល់មន្ទីរពេទ្យ ជាមួយនិងការគោរពនូវបទបញ្ជានៃការចូលរួមជិះកង់លើចម្ងាយផ្លូវដ៍វែងឆ្ងាយក្នុងរយៈពេល១២ម៉ោងជាង លើចម្ងាយផ្លូវ៣១២គីឡូម៉ែត្រ។

យើងខ្ញុំក្នុងនាមអ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធី សូមមេត្តាខន្តីពីសំណាក់បងប្អូនដែលបានចូលរួម ជាពិសេសលើចំណុចលើសលួស និងចំណុចខ្វះខាងក្នុងកម្មវិធីខាងលើ។ យើងខ្ញុំទាំងអស់គ្នា សូមទទួលនូវមតិយោបល់ ការរិះគន់ និងកែលម្អពីប្អូន ដើម្បីធ្វើឲ្យកម្មវិធីលើកក្រោយបានកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ។

ក្នុងនាមអ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធី យើងពិតជាសោកស្តាយដែលបងប្អូនមួយចំនួនមិនបានចុះឈ្មោះ ចូលរួម និងមិនគោរពតាមការណែនាំរបស់ក្រុមការងារ យើងខ្ញុំក្នុងការរក្សាសុខសុវត្ថិភាពដែលជាកត្តាសំខាន់ (Safety First) លើការប្រើប្រាស់យានជំនិះនៅតាមដងផ្លូវជាតិ។ យើងខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថាក្នុងកម្មវិធីលើកក្រោយបងប្អូន ដែលមិនបានចុះឈ្មោះ សូមមេត្តាចុះឈ្មោះចូលរួម ដែលជាការងាយស្រួលក្នុងការកំណត់ ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងការរៀបចំជូន ជាតម្លាភាពដល់ក្រុមកីឡាករទាំងអស់គ្នា ។ ជាពិសេសការចុះឈ្មោះរបស់បងប្អូនបានបង្ហាញពីភាពទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងបានរួមចំណែកកម្មវិធីឲ្យមានភាពជោគជ័យទាំងអស់គ្នា។
ជាចុងក្រោយ យើងខ្ញុំសូមគោរពថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់បងប្អូនកីឡាករ ម្ចាស់ដៃគូសហការណ៍ និងក្រុមហ៊ុនឧបត្ថម្ភកម្មវិធីខាងលើ សូមជួបប្រទះពុទ្ធពរទាំង៤ប្រការគឺ អាយុ វណ្ណៈ សុខៈ ពលៈ កុំបីឃ្លៀងឃ្លាតឡើយ🙏🙏

On behalf of the Federation and the Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 3rd Cambodian Children’s Cycling Event 2026, I would like to express my gratitude to the clubs, associations, capitals, provinces, and volunteer cycling groups who registered to participate in the above event with the Federation and provided funds for the organization as well as funds for donations to hospitals, while respecting the rules of participating in cycling over a long distance of more than 12 hours over a distance of 312 kilometers.
We, as the organizers, would like to thank all of you who participated, especially on the positive and negative points in the above program. We would like to receive your comments, criticisms, and improvements to make the next program even better.
As the organizers, we are very sorry that some of you did not register, participate, and did not follow the instructions of our team to maintain safety as an important factor (Safety First) in the use of vehicles on national roads. We sincerely hope that in the next program, those of you who did not register, please register to participate, which will make it easier to determine, manage, and organize, as a value for all the players. In particular, your registration has shown responsibility and contributed to the success of the program.
Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to the players, partners, and sponsors of the above program. May they experience the four blessings of Buddha: longevity, wealth, happiness, and strength. May they never be separated from each other. 🙏🙏
