SATURDAY LONG RUN | This weekend!

It’s time to get those kms on your legs!

We're heading out for a big one this Saturday — 20 to 22km across town. Koh Norea Bridge, Euro Park, and finishing at Koh Pich for coffee and a good chat.
All paces welcome and the more the merrier — so grab a friend and bring them along! We love new faces!

📍 Flag poles opposite Independence Monument @ 6.00am

What an incredible morning! Yesterday we joined our friends at SheRuns Club for their 5K road race!

Community, girl power, and good vibes from start to finish. We are always honoured to run alongside such a positive and inspiring group of people. Thank you SheRuns for having us — until next time!

Big news — the morning session is back! 🎉 Two sessions available this week for the early risers and the evening crowd alike. Come get your 800s in! 🌅🌆

Thursday – Norwegian 4x4 (PM only)

Evening session at The Elysée. Four hard efforts, three minutes to recover — simple, brutal, effective! ⚡️

Saturday – Long Slow Distance Run

Multiple pick-up points for a scenic route over Koh Norea Bridge to Euro Park and back to Koh Pich. The perfect way to close out the week! 🌅🗺
