PPAC Group Sessions | 28 September – 04 October

Tuesday – Threshold (AM and PM)
Two sessions available — morning and evening. Options for those building fitness and those sharpening up for Sunday's race! 🌅🌆

Thursday – Easy Run (PM only)
Evening session at The Elysée. Nothing heroic this week — just an easy run to keep the legs fresh ahead of Sunday! 🙏

Sunday – Race Day! 🏁

A 5km team race where your whole squad matters — not just your fastest runner.

5-10 runners per club, team scoring, cash prizes and trophies up for grabs.

Official club or a group of mates who train together — everyone's welcome, show up in matching kits and get ready to compete!

This week we do it all at PPAC — and we mean all of it. 🏃🔥

PPAC Group Sessions | 21 – 27 September

Tuesday – Threshold (AM and PM)
Two sessions available — morning and evening. A big pyramid effort this week to test your endurance and mental toughness! 🌅🌆

Thursday – VO2 Max | Pace Change Intervals (PM only)
Evening session at The Elysée. This one builds from controlled to all-out — shifting through every gear until the legs really know about it! ⚡️

Friday – Strength & Conditioning (PM only) 🆕
Something new this week! We're running a monthly S&C session designed specifically for runners — building the kind of strength that makes you faster and more resilient on the road. Open to PPAC members and SheRuns alike!

Weekend – Long Slow Distance Run
