As we wrap up 2025, we want to take a moment to thank and acknowledge , who has been part of CCI since the very beginning, back in 2020.
Over these years, Nady has taken more coach training with CCI than anyone else in Cambodia. She grew from being Cambodia’s youngest trained coach at the time into one of the most experienced Khmer coaches in our community today.
But more than the hours or milestones, Nady has been a core part of the spirit of CCI. She was instrumental in growing the coaching community here, always putting the mission first. She met challenges with her signature joy, humour, and quiet (and sometimes not quiet) fighting spirit. She supported and shaped almost every cohort that has come through CCI, and even stepped into co-facilitating roles with generosity and courage.
Nady has a rare way of bringing lightness and depth, calm and chaos, at the same time. Her presence made CCI feel human — welcoming, fun, and safe. Many people found their confidence, voice, or sense of belonging in part because she was in the room. CCI is stronger because of her presence, and we carry that forward.
As she steps into her next chapter, following her calling to contribute to Cambodia in new ways, we say goodbye with deep pride and genuine gratitude. Knowing her passion, skills, and heart, we have full faith that she will continue to create meaningful impact wherever she goes.
While she may be moving on from her formal role, Nady will always have a loving home with us at CCI.
We’re cheering you on — always.

We’re excited to finally share something we’ve been working on for the past few months.
After five years of delivering coach training in Cambodia, we’re launching new and refined coaching training and certification pathway at Cambodia Coaching Institute.
The new pathways are designed to meet the realities of the Cambodian market while staying true to the depth and quality of the work CCI is known for.
This update was informed by our experience running programs year after year, training skilled coaches from various backgrounds. From seeing how people grow, and what supports the development of professional coaching capability in the Cambodian context.
We are excited to announce a new first level certification: Certified Associate Coach (CAC), giving the opportunity for those who invested in 60+ hours of coaching training and real client experience to be recognised officially.
We have retained and improved our advanced Certified Connection-Centred Transformative Coach (CCTC) program.
Our much loved Foundations module will remain our flagship entry point for everyone to experience and leverage the power of coaching.
We’ve brought everything together in a new prospectus, including our 2026 training schedule.
This feels like an important next step for CCI, and for the growing coaching and leadership development community here in Cambodia. We’re excited to share it and to continue building what comes next.
🔗 Prospectus and applications are now available via our website.

Molika joined us to learn more about coaching as she was interested in nutrition and health coaching and wanted core skills to help her clients.
In addition to those professional skills, she was struck by how the mindsets and skillsets, and her personal growth during the courses would impact her wider life - professional and personal. As a mother, as a friend, as an investor.
Want to be a better parent, leader or guide? Come join our Foundations Module this Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm!

We are proud to share that our Founder and Head of Faculty, , has been recognised as one of the 50 Leading Lights of Kindness in Asia Pacific for 2025.
This recognition highlights the heart of our mission at CCI:
to grow a generation of grounded, connection-centred leaders and coaches in Cambodia.
Over the past years, more than 200 Khmer coaches have trained with us and are now bringing presence, trust, and compassion into schools, NGOs, government teams, hospitals, and communities across the country. Their impact is the real story behind this honour.
This comes at an important moment for CCI.
We are preparing to expand our pathways, strengthen our training ecosystem, and widen the reach of high-quality, connection-centred coaching in Cambodia and the region.
More coaches. More leaders. More healing. More connection.
Thank you to Kindness & Leadership SEA for recognising the work being done here in Cambodia.
And thank you to our community for walking with us as we step into our next chapter.

Often leaders share the same challenge with us:
👉 They feel they need to carry too much of the team’s problems on their own shoulders.
But what if leadership wasn’t about solving every problem… and instead about growing people and developing teams that can solve problems themselves?
That’s where coaching skills and mindsets make all the difference.
Here are 3 ways coaching transforms team performance:
1️⃣ Ownership increases
When you stop giving all the answers and start empowering your teams through listening, asking powerful questions and forming strong relationships, people take more responsibility for their work and outcomes.
2️⃣ Better solutions emerge
You don’t have to be the smartest person in the room. Coaching creates space for fresh perspectives and creative problem-solving to surface.
3️⃣ Trust and motivation grow
When people feel truly listened to and respected, their engagement and energy go up, and so does performance.
This is why coaching isn’t just for professional coaches like us - it’s one of the most valuable skillsets a leader can develop.
On 29–31 August in Phnom Penh, we’re running our 3-day Foundations Module. It’s designed to give leaders and changemakers practical coaching tools you can apply immediately with your team, clients, or communities.

Good leaders solve problems.
Great leaders grow people.
Too often, leadership becomes a cycle of firefighting:
- answering questions
- solving issues
- checking tasks off the list
The trouble?
When you’re the one holding all the answers, your team never gets the chance to stretch, own, and grow.
Coaching skills change that.
When leaders learn to listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and unlock the potential of their people, something shifts:
- ownership rises
- creativity grows
- teams become more capable without constant intervention
This is why coaching isn’t just for professional coaches - it’s one of the most valuable skillsets a leader can develop.
On 29-31 August in Phnom Penh, we’re running our signature 3-day Foundations Module:
- Practical training based on ICF Core Competencies
- Tools you can use from day one
- A safe, supportive space to practise and grow
You’ll leave not just with skills, but with a new way of showing up for the people you lead, and a community of like-minded leaders in Cambodia.
