One of my favorite things about teaching swimming is the people you meet along the way 🌍🏊♂️
This week I had the pleasure of working with Arno, a golf pro, who’s on a journey toward an IRONMAN 70.3 🏌️♂️🏊♂️🏃♂️🚴♂️
Strong on the golf course… now practicing to become more efficient in the water too 💪🌊
Always inspiring to meet driven people who are willing to step outside their comfort zone and try something new.

The Swim Family now has two IRONKIDS 🏊♂️🏃♀️🔥
Linh Linh swam 75 meters and ran 1,000 meters to complete her aquathlon.
Johnny swam 150 meters and ran 2,000 meters to complete his.
From nervous check-ins… to ocean swims… to crossing the finish line with smiles and medals around their necks 🥹🏅
Very proud of both of them.
Moments like these are bigger than sport.
They build confidence, courage, resilience, and memories these kids will carry with them for life 🙏💙

She swam 75 meters in the ocean and ran 1,000 meters on Saturday morning to complete IRONKIDS Danang Aquathlon 🌊🔥
