Ignoring back pain rarely makes it go away—it just changes how you move, sleep, and go about your day.

Whether it's stiffness after long hours at your desk or an old injury acting up, quick temporary fixes won't solve the root issue. Real relief starts with understanding why it's happening.

At Movement Physio & Fitness, we focus on targeted assessments and personalized recovery plans to get you moving comfortably again.

What your recovery plan looks like:
✔Movement Assessment: Pinpoint the exact source of your pain.
✔Hands-On Treatment: Relieve immediate tension and discomfort.
✔Targeted Mobility & Strength Work: Restore stability so the pain stops coming back.

Take the first step toward living pain-free.

Starting tomorrow, we’re moving into our next training phase: Strength Endurance.

Or, as I prefer to call it: stronger for longer.

We train 4x per week, and every class is led, and joined, by a physical therapist and NASM-certified personal trainer. So we’re not just standing on the sidelines telling you what to do. We train alongside you.

Expect plenty of squats, step-ups, lunges, Nordics, RDLs, and probably a few exercises you haven’t seen before.

The class is currently full, but we’ll occasionally have room for drop-ins when someone can’t make it.

So if you want to join us for a session, keep an eye on the Telegram group for those last-minute spots.

Is it normal to just live with this?
Short answer: No, it’s not.

Whether it’s leaking when you laugh, constant lower back pain after having a baby, flare-ups from endometriosis, or body changes during menopause—so many women suffer in silence, assuming it’s just something they have to accept.
It isn't. Common symptoms do not mean you have to settle for them.

What we treat at Movement Physio & Fitness:
✔Pre & Post-Natal Care: Back pain, pelvic joint instability, and abdominal separation.
✔Pelvic Floor & Bladder: Leakage, sudden urgency, pelvic heaviness, and chronic constipation.
✔Chronic Pelvic Pain: Relief for endometriosis, adenomyosis, pudendal neuralgia, and painful intimacy.
✔Menopause Support: Bone density, functional strength, and pelvic floor control through every stage of life.

Meet Nearida, our Lead Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Holding a Master's degree with 15+ years of international experience across Australia and the UAE, she provides the clear answers and targeted care you deserve.

In this clip, Dr. Nadia explains what adults over 40 should look out for and why proactive health checks matter, even when you feel perfectly well.

ACL rehabilitation begins before surgery and continues long after it. A well-structured program can help prepare the knee for surgery, restore strength afterward, and gradually rebuild confidence in movement.

Joni injured her knee while playing football and worked with Ritesh throughout both the pre-operative and post-operative stages of her recovery. He created a personalized rehabilitation plan and adjusted the process to match her progress.

Recovering from ACL surgery can be physically and mentally demanding. Clear guidance, consistent support, and progressive strengthening helped Joni remain motivated while improving both her physical capacity and trust in her knee.

Thank you, Joni Rose, for trusting Ritesh and Movement with your rehabilitation and for sharing your experience.

Rehabilitation should not only help someone recover from an injury. Done well, it can also build the strength, confidence, and physical capacity needed to move beyond recovery.

As a teenager, Anthony faced the demanding challenge of completing two knee rehabilitation processes at the same time. Over the past one to two years, he consistently worked through both programs and became stronger along the way.

What makes Anthony’s story particularly special is that the process did not stop at simply getting his knees better. As his strength and abilities developed, so did his confidence and interest in training. Somewhere along the journey, he began turning into an athlete.

Thank you, Anthony, for trusting the Movement team throughout two challenging rehabilitation journeys.

It has been rewarding to watch your progress and see what you are becoming capable of.

Pain is weird.

Sometimes the place that hurts isn't actually where the problem started.

Sometimes an MRI looks terrible and someone feels fine.

And sometimes pain sticks around long after the original injury should have healed.

That's why good physiotherapy isn't simply about finding the sore spot and treating it.

There's a lot more going on.

If you've ever wondered why something keeps hurting, what a physio is actually looking for, and what needs to happen to get you moving confidently again, we broke it down here:

Whether your pain started yesterday or has been bothering you for years, the right treatment begins with understanding why it hurts.
