👋 Greetings on this magnificent Monday from San Francisco!

🙏 Today, I'm blessed to be able to kick-off my 5th year of leadership coaching at the Wharton School of Business as an external coach for their executive MBA program. (Talk about having Imposter Syndrome when I began…lol!)

❤️ And to be able to do this on my wonderful sister's heavenly birthday makes this year just a little more special. In her role and career as an educator, Liz was such an incredible mentor for learning, growth and creative leadership, that if I'm able to channel even a bit of that...then I'm doing ok! 👍

💕It's no secret that my calling and purpose as a leadership life coach, author and speaker is a direct result of having her as my "big sister!" Happy Birthday Liz...we love you! hashtag

✈️ This was my “view of gratefulness” as I arrived in this AM after a quiet, smooth and safe 16hr-flight across the Pacific from San Francisco.

🙏 Sometimes all we have to do is look out and let the gratefulness envelope us!
