● 5Hours to practice it (3 lessons by 1,5H + 30 mins before the start of video shooting)
● 1 to 2Hours for the Final Video Shooting by a PROfessional Team (if you don't want to join a group video shooting which is for publication in social nets, then skip video shooting part)
