- Client & Customer Support: Answer phone calls, respond to
customer inquiries prompt and professionally, and maintain client rapport.
- Data & Records Management: Perform precise data entry,
maintain confidential databases, and organize digital archives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare polished reports,
documents, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, flight
bookings, accommodation, and itineraries seamlessly.
- Task & Workflow Coordination: Track team deliverables and
operational milestones using tools like Trello or Asana.
Specialized Support: Conduct online research, assist with social media accounts, and handle basic invoicing/bookkeeping as needed.
